New to OCDRT on 9/18/2015, Stella is from a NE Ohio shelter.

Stella is a WONDERFUL young adult dog who has beautiful markings and a wavy coat.  She is approximately 2-3 years of age.   She was picked up as a stray, but has obviously been well-cared for, as she could stand to lose a couple of pounds, is housebroken, socialized and knows several tricks.   While in the shelter, she was extremely scared but once in a home environment, she quickly relaxed and  blossomed.   She is a bit shy with men at first introduction, but warms up quickly (especially if offered a treat!)   She introduced very well to the resident ACDs in her foster home, a 7 year old male and an 11 year old female.  She has also been around the 3 resident cats and has shown no aggression or chasing towards them.   She will be receiving the rest of her vaccines while in our care and will be learning leash manners and basic obedience.

Please check back for any updates as we finish her vaccines and evaluation.

UPDATE 9/27/2015:   Stella has a deposit to hold her for a meeting next week!
